Always Roofing is the best! Super responsive, quick, easy to work with. I needed a small soffit repair. The big companies would barely return my call or their AI chatbot would try to upsell. Not the case with Always Roofing. The owner called, assessed the job and got me a quote in just a couple of days. The quote was very reasonable, substantially less than the big companies. Always Roofing was there when we needed them most. After a destructive storm just outside of Bennington Bobby showed up quickly to assess the damage. Not only did Always Roofing take care of us and walk us through the whole process, they did a total house transformation. We have truly come to trust Bobby at Always Roofing for his expertise, professionalism, and honesty!  This review comes on the heels of repeat business!  We first met Bobby when we reached out to him for a wind/hail claim for our home in Blair Nebraska 6 months back.  We were quickly put at ease by his genuinely caring attitude.  He is prompt and follows through on deadlines.  He took our headaches away by working directly with insurance.  The workmanship is superb and cleanliness is high priority. With all these positive aspects, we did not hesitate to reach out to Bobby again when an opportunity to buy another home came up.  We knew we could rely on his in-depth knowledge of insurance claims.  To close in a timely fashion, we had to take on an open claim of replacing the roof.  Bobby went up and beyond to provide guidance and warn against pitfalls to help protect us and our asset as the claim was transferred. Instead of searching “Best Roofer in Omaha” I asked around and several close acquaintances recommend Always Roofing.  I came in with a lot of questions about the industry- hail damage, wind damage, how much does it cost to replace a roof, etc. Bobby was knowledgeable, honest, and took a consultative approach the entire time. If you’re looking for a responsive, professional, and dependable roofing company, I highly recommend Always Roofing. The owner is one of our former Blair students and the company offers assistance with siding, roofing, and window repairs, and will gladly refer you to other trusted professionals if your needs fall outside their scope.
