Founder Bobby McKinnis was born and raised in Blair, Nebraska, where his journey in roofing began in the most humble way: sweeping the shop and sorting nails as a child. By 16, he was running a gutter crew; by 18, working on complex low-slope roofing systems. Through hard work and determination, Bobby rose through the ranks to become Vice President of Sales at a leading roofing company before deciding to launch Always Roofing — a company that reflects his values and passion for this industry.
Roofing is in Bobby’s blood — a trade he’s been surrounded by since childhood and a craft he’s mastered over nearly three decades. His expertise spans residential and commercial roofing, storm damage restoration, and insurance claims — ensuring clients receive knowledgeable, honest, and reliable service every time.
Faith and family are at the core of Always Roofing. God is Bobby’s first foundation, and his wife and three boys are the rock he leans on. It’s that deep sense of purpose and love that inspired the name “Always” — a word that stands for loyalty, dependability, and timeless care.
